Replacement oxygen sensor Honda Acty HA6/7 Vamos

An aftermarket oxygen sensor to replace the expensive factory one. Most places sell the factory oxygen sensor for upwards of 200.00. This one, while you do have to cut and re-crime the wire, is far less expensive and really not much harder to install. The cost savings are worth it in our opinion.

We use Delphi as our source of oxygen sensors and have had great luck with them. What started as a need to fix a hard bogging sensation in our shop HA7, we realized there needed to be an aftermarket solution for a simple maintenance part.  And here we are.

You will receive a Delphi oxygen sensor that we have paired to work with the Acty perfectly. It comes with a pre-crimped inline connector. You will need to cut your stock wire at the correct length and use a crimp tool (not included) to crimp the wire. Once that's done, just heat the splice connector until it melts providing a water proof connection. There is glue inside the heat shrink that makes this a long term solution. 

You will need a wire crimper, an oxygen sensor socket to remove/install the sensor and a heat gun or lighter (we just use a lighter) to shrink the splice and melt the glue.
